Whos has the best Halo-Halo?

Here is my rating for this summers best Halo-Halo:

#1 Razon’s the best for me. They have a unique way of shaving their ice which prevents the ice from clumping together plus they shave the ice so thinly that chewing the ice becomes a pleasant experience unlike in some places wherein every forceful bite on the ice chip is turned into a bone jarring experience. Razon’s loads their halo-halo with plenty of ice and condensed milk but puts a lot less of the other ingredients at least when compared to other establishments which works well for me since I’m not a big fan of halo-halo ingredients anyway especially the pungent langka.

#2 Goldilock's and Sandosenang Sarap.

#3 Iceberg's is still the same, its good.

#4. Chowking used to serve one of the best Halo-halo's but now, the ingredients are few and a little bland.

#5. Milky Way in Rockwell also served halo-halo but has few ingredients, its like everything is measured .
