Prince Albert Rotisserie

The lights are never too bright and never too dark at Prince Albert. Now on its 34th year of operations currently under Chef Cyrille Soenen, this fine dining restaurant has always been known for its exquisite charm as well as its luxurious meals. Its rather low-key location at the far-left corner of the Intercon’s ground floor is perfect for lunch meetings, romantic dinners and other private get-togethers. Those who prefer to be even more discreet will not be disappointed with the three private rooms available for reservation.

There is always a subtle elegance to a meal at the Prince Albert, be it a set executive meal or a degustacion spread. The Slice of Duck Liver Marinated in Medoc Wine, Chilled Duck Consomme and Herb Salad with Crispy Ginger Bread are gustatory delights that please the palate as well as the other senses. While the flavorful Pan-fried Veal Loin (also available in smaller ladies’ cuts) is already synonymous to the excellence of the restaurant itself, dessert at Prince Albert is a sinful indulgence, with the must-have Caramel Hazelnut Mousse Cake ending a dining adventure on a high note.

It is no small wonder why the restaurant remains a hallmark of distinction in the local dining circuit.

    Hi,
My name is Rachelle, I am working at streetdirectory.com Singapore.
We are currently giving away a free Webpage in PH (particularly for Restaurants/food chains).
May I ask permission to use your photos? Your blog’s URL http://foodfor2.com/
will appear on the photo like this, with clickable link back to your blog.

We are going to get photos of the restaurant/establishment that are in your blogs.
For instance, Gerry’s grill is in your blog, then we will use Gerry’s grill’s photos to upload in Gerry’s grill free webpage.
Mostly food photos. Interior and exterior of the restaurant are also fine if available. And again your URL will appear on it.

I hope to get a reply from you soon.

    Many thanks!

    Rachelle (webpage team)
